Electricity Production and Distribution Costs too High?

A collection of stories and data connected to Electricity Production and Distribution revealed that the Supreme Court made it harder Wednesday for consumer advocates to challenge the high costs of wholesale electrical power, ruling that the rates set in contracts between utilities and power producers are presumed to be "simply and reasonable."
